F.I.T. SESSION AUDIO DOWNLOADS

F.I.T. is an acronym for Focus, Inward & Target. To develop your healthiest outside, you must simultaneously create an internally healthy inside. The FIT Sessions are relaxed meditations intended for you to implement and repeat on a daily basis. Choose a title, close your eyes and take in the positive reinforcement you need. 

With repeated listening at least 1x daily you may just be surprised at how quickly sugar cravings subside,  exercise motivation develops and your desire to live a healthy lifestyle become's your new normal.

The Weight Loss Infojournal can be downloaded and printed. It is a tool for you to have a daily check-in with yourself.

The questions on each daily page are the true awesomeness to this guide as they are THE KEY to discovering why you do what you do. True change happens when you make what's unconscious conscious. These poignant questions are packed full of potential AHA moments for you, and that's how you create a mindset SHIFT in your consciousness so that living in a fit body can be easy and maintainable. 

Instructions: 

  1. Print the guide
  2. Place it on your night stand with a pen
  3. Schedule 5 minutes per day to journal the question. Close your eyes, take 3X deep inhale / exhale, allow your pen to flow your thoughts.
